1. Digital Nature of Services

Our UX & CRO audit services are digital in nature and are prepared specifically for each client based on their unique requirements.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your order before we begin work and receive a full refund.
Once we have begun work on your audit, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- If less than 25% complete: 75% refund
- If 25-50% complete: 50% refund
- If more than 50% complete: No refund

3. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality, actionable UX & CRO audits. If you feel your audit does not meet our promised standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

4. Revision Policy

Each audit includes one round of minor revisions if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Major revisions or changes to the scope of work may incur additional charges.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
